While soy wax is a good option, we stand by our belief that our 100% pure, proprietary coconut wax, even though it is nearly twice as expensive, is the best option. Unlike soy alternatives, our wax is not genetically modified and it burns slower and more evenly, allowing you to stay engulfed in our intoxicating aromas longer.

Each Georgie & Ophelia candle is crafted by hand only after the order has been placed, ensuring your candle is as unique as you are. In addition, we perform a series of rigorous quality checks to ensure everything is exactly as it should be before shipping, so please allow 5-7 business days after your order has been processed before it is shipped. All orders placed on a Saturday will not be processed until the following day. Once the shipping label is created, you will receive an email confirming the label has been created. This email will also provide a tracking number for you to track the status of the delivery.

It is our prayer that you fall in love with every Georgie & Ophelia scent that you come across, but if for whatever reason the scent just isn't for you, you may return your unused candle within 14 days. Due to the unique nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 7 days of delivery. You may return your unused products for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges.
